1. Entry Policy

Every month, B’Squad meetings are conducted at Hotel Hills, Hosur from 6:30 PM onwards.

Entry is strictly based on valid ticket confirmation.

2. Eligibility

Open to business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs from diverse sectors.

Only one person per sector per squad is allowed.

3. First-Time Experience

First-time Guest are allowed one complimentary entry with dinner (No Meeting Fee).

This is a one-time opportunity to experience the B’Squad live.

4. Activities & Sessions

The meeting includes:

Digital marketing insights & metrics

Business/product pitching

Consultations & feedback sessions

Spark sessions & networking opportunities

5. YouTube Highlights

Meeting highlights may be uploaded to the official YouTube channel.

By attending, you consent to photography & videography during the session.

6. Membership & Community

To become a permanent member of B’Squad, prior approval and confirmation are required.

7. Code of Conduct

Respectful networking and professional behavior are mandatory.

Promotional material or offers can only be pitched during the designated pitching session.

8. Cancellation / Changes

Organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the meeting if required.

Any updates will be shared in advance with registered participants.
