These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees of the Nila Soru – Live Concert by Roots of 85 (RO85) happening on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the following:

1. Admission & Entry

A valid ticket is required for entry to the event.

Tickets must be shown at the gate (digital or printed).

Children below 8 years can enter for free but must purchase food separately if required.

Seating is not reserved. Entry and seating are on a first come, first serve basis.

Entry is subject to venue capacity and event rules.

Age restrictions, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the booking page.

2. Behavior & Conduct

We encourage a respectful, fun, and safe atmosphere for everyone.

Please be considerate to fellow attendees, staff, and artists to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

3. Security & Safety

Security checks may be conducted at entry points. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who poses a risk.

Attendees are responsible for their belongings; organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.

As the event runs from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, we kindly request attendees to plan their travel and personal safety in advance. RO85 and the event organizers cannot take responsibility for transport arrangements or individual safety outside the venue.

4. Tickets & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in case of event cancellation by the organizers.

If the event is cancelled, the refund process will be communicated to all ticket holders.

Resale or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.

5. Food, Beverages & Substances

Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.

Alcohol sale and consumption (if applicable) will follow local laws. Proof of age may be required.

Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate removal and legal action.

6. Photography & Recording

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.

Professional cameras, drones, or recording equipment are not allowed without prior permission.

7. Liability

Entry to the event is at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages during the event.

Organizers are not liable for the actions of third-party vendors, performers, or participants.

8. Event Changes, Cancellation & Postponement

The organizers may cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond control.

In case of cancellation, refund details will be shared with ticket holders.

9. Accessibility

We strive to make the event inclusive. For any special requirements, please contact the organizers in advance.

10. Compliance with Laws

All attendees must comply with local laws and venue rules throughout the event.
