1. Ticket Purchase & Validity
Tickets are available exclusively through Local Kart App and are valid only for the event date specified.
Each ticket admits one person only.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in case of event cancellation.
The ticket purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact details during booking.

2. Entry Policy
Gates will open 2 hours before the event start time.
Entry will be permitted only upon presenting a valid Local Kart App e-ticket or printed ticket with QR code.
Government-issued photo ID is required for verification.
Re-entry to the venue is not allowed.

3. Prohibited Items
Outside food and beverages, alcohol, drugs, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
Professional cameras, audio/video recording devices, and drones are not allowed without prior approval.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person in possession of prohibited items.

4. Safety & Conduct
Attendees must follow all security and safety instructions at the venue.
Misbehaviour, harassment, or any illegal activity will result in removal without refund.
The event is a no-smoking venue unless designated smoking zones are provided.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to change event details, artists, or schedule without prior notice.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, etc.), refunds will be processed by Local Kart App as per its refund policy.
Partial rescheduling or artist lineup changes do not qualify for refunds.

6. Liability
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organizer and Local Kart App are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
The organizer will not be liable for interruptions due to technical failures, weather conditions, or external circumstances beyond control.

7. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
These images and recordings may be used in media without further approval or compensation.

8. Ticket Fraud & Misuse
Counterfeit or duplicated tickets will be denied entry.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers will not be honoured.
Sharing or reselling tickets at inflated prices is prohibited.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
