2. if In Case If They Missed To Get The I'd Card They Need To Buy Normal Passes.

Terms And Conditions For DJ Night And Namma Ooru Talent Cultural Event

1. Admission And Entry:

   • All Attendees Must Have A Valid Ticket Or Pass To Enter The Event.
   • Entry To The Cultural Program Is Free, While Entry To The DJ Night Requires A Paid Ticket.
   • Attendees Must Adhere To Age Restrictions, If Any.

2. Behavior And Conduct:

   • Respectful And Courteous Behavior Is Expected From All Attendees.
   • Any Disruptive, Inappropriate, Or Unsafe Behavior Will Not Be Tolerated And May Result In Removal From The Event Without A Refund.

3. Security And Safety:

   • The Event Organizers Have The Right To Conduct Security Checks And Refuse Entry To Anyone Deemed A Security Risk.
   • Attendees Are Responsible For Their Personal Belongings, And The Event Organizers Are Not Liable For Any Lost Or Stolen Items.

4. Tickets And Refunds:

   • Tickets For The DJ Night Are Non-transferable And Non-refundable Unless The Event Is Canceled By The Organizers.
   • Refunds, If Applicable, Will Be Issued According To The Event Organizer's Policies.

5. Alcohol And Substance Use:

   • The Sale And Consumption Of Alcohol Are Subject To Local Laws And Regulations. Attendees Must Comply With These Laws.
   • Illegal Drug Use Is Strictly Prohibited, And Violators Will Be Reported To Law Enforcement.

6. Photography And Recording:

   • Attendees Consent To Being Photographed Or Recorded For Promotional Purposes.
   • Unauthorized Professional Recording Equipment Is Not Allowed Unless Prior Permission Is Obtained From The Event Organizers.

7. Liability:

   • Attendees Enter The Event Venue At Their Own Risk. The Event Organizers Are Not Responsible For Any Injuries, Accidents, Or Damages That May Occur During The Event.
   • The Event Organizers Are Not Responsible For The Actions Or Behavior Of Third-party Vendors, Performers, Or Participants.

   • The Event Organizers Reserve The Right To Cancel, Postpone, Or Reschedule The Event Due To Unforeseen Circumstances Or Reasons Beyond Their Control.
   • In The Event Of Cancellation, The Organizers Will Communicate The Refund Process To Ticket Holders.
